analysis, based on your body type, at your first appointment. We examine
various circumstances that can affect the condition of your skin,
discuss your challenges and recommend solutions. The cost of your skin
analysis is included in your first facial.

Mini Facial – 30 min.
Stop by for a quick, relaxing deep facial cleanse, gentle exfoliation, pH re-balancing and custom-selected mask.
Basic Facial – 50 min.
Experience
a soothing deep facial cleanse, gentle exfoliation, pH re-balancing and
custom-selected mask, plus a face, neck, shoulder and luxurious partial
back massage.
Advanced Facial – __ min.
Enjoy all of the
Basic Facial services, plus a rejuvenating, micronized bioarome
(botanical and essential oils) treatment that targets one skin texture
challenge (rosacea, acne, loss of elasticity, fine lines, etc.).
Personalized Facial – __ min.
Revel
in each of the Basic Facial services, plus a refreshing, micronized
mixed bioarome (targeted botanicals and essential oils) treatment that
penetrates the skin’s cellular level. Addresses multiple skin challenges

Back Facial with Hot Stone Massage – 90 min.

essential oils, an invigorating salt scrub and a soothing hot stone back
massage.
Hand Facial – __ min.
Unwind with a satisfying deep
cleanse, gentle exfoliation, hygienic paraffin treatment, deep hydrating
lotion application and a delightful hand and forearm massage. Also
available with a sugar or salt scrub.

gommage formula is applied to cleanse and gently exfoliate the lips,
followed by a deep hydrating lotion to recondition delicate skin.

Before
a large event, perk up your skin with a brightening glycolic peel,
available in a range of traditional and seasonal scents.
Body Exfoliation, Deep Moisturization
Before
your wedding, honeymoon or other special occasion, treat yourself to a
full-body sugar or salt scrub, followed by a soothing application of
hydrating lotion.

Non-Surgical Options
Microdermabrasion – 30-60 min.
Discover
more a more refined face as superfine crystals rejuvenate, polish and
remove surface impurities. The treatment encourages cellular turnover
and youthful collagen restructuring, promotes elasticity and enhances
texture. In addition, microdermabrasion reduces uneven skin tone, acne
scarring, fine lines, crow’s feet, age pigments and more. Each visit
includes a basic facial and product guidance. Select from single

Light) Photorejuvenation. Like magic, IPL penetrates to the collagen

Our Origin
After
co-owner Rachel Mixon attended a series of medical esthetics courses as
part of continuing education requirements for nursing, she felt skin
care was an ideal match for her talents and just the right specialty to
pursue. Her husband Grady also attended the courses. They received all
necessary certifications, and in 2004, MD plus Medical Spa skincare
& laser center was born.
MD plus gets its name from
pairing “an MD, plus a nurse,” Rachel says. “I also created the slogan,
‘Let us Nurse Your Skin,’ because that’s exactly what we do.”
